From reintegrating non-violent offenders back into society, to keeping vulnerable children in school and widening access to clean water, our CSR programs are designed and coordinated in-house, with transparent reporting to management and shareholders.
Our Prison Decongestion Program focuses on reducing overcrowding in correctional facilities while providing rehabilitation and reintegration support for inmates. We work with justice systems to identify non-violent offenders who can be safely reintegrated into society through alternative programs.
Through legal aid, advocacy and rehabilitation services, we help reduce recidivism rates and create pathways for successful reintegration. In partnership with the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS) and trial courts in Jalingo, Gombe and Kano, we identified eligible inmates, verified their outstanding fines, settled them directly with the appropriate authorities, and worked with the courts and NCS to ensure their smooth and timely release.

Verifying inmate eligibility and outstanding fines involved close collaboration with the NCS and trial courts, and required careful coordination to ensure a smooth process for both fine settlement and inmate release. Where full compensation could not be settled immediately, we negotiated structured payment plans so eligible inmates could still be released without delay.
Looking ahead, we are exploring an expanded scope covering medical care, access to clean water within correctional facilities, feeding programs during Ramadan, and partnerships with NGOs and legal aid organisations to support released inmates through education, counselling and skills acquisition.
Our Orphan Education Program is dedicated to providing quality education and learning opportunities for orphaned and vulnerable children. We believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and giving these children a chance at a brighter future.
Through our comprehensive educational support, we provide school fees, uniforms, books, and learning materials. We also offer after-school tutoring, mentorship programs, and career guidance to ensure these children not only attend school but excel academically and develop essential life skills.
